Jib / Swing Jib overhead cranes are recommended for light to medium duty usage
A jib crane can be free standing or building mounted and allow the lifting and lowering of a load within a fixed arc or rotation.
This crane consists of a cantilever boom with hoist and trolley which is capable of picking up loads in all or parts of the radius around a column to which it is attached.
Jib cranes are extremely robust, provides greater reach than a common hoist set-up and has excellent loading and unloading abilities.

The single girder overhead crane consists of a hoisting unit that runs along a single girder which is installed within your facility.
The hoist fitted to this girder can either be a steel wire rope hoist, electric chain hoist or a manual chain block.
It is fitted to the beam using either a push crawl (manual trolley), an electric crawl (electric trolley) or a beam clamp, if you require the hoist to be fixed in a single static position.
The hoist is fitted to the beam in an underslung configuration. This cost effective lifting solution is manufactured using less material resulting in it being a more compact and lightweight option for you.
