Double girder overhead cranes consist of two girder beams that make up the ‘bridge’, supported by an end carriage on each side.
There are multiple configurations possible such as having the trolley and hoist installed on top of the girders or alternatively under slung depending on the required application.
Recommended for heavy duty applications where heavier capacities and longer spans are required.

The single girder overhead crane consists of a hoisting unit that runs along a single girder which is installed within your facility.
The hoist fitted to this girder can either be a steel wire rope hoist, electric chain hoist or a manual chain block.
It is fitted to the beam using either a push crawl (manual trolley), an electric crawl (electric trolley) or a beam clamp, if you require the hoist to be fixed in a single static position.
The hoist is fitted to the beam in an underslung configuration. This cost effective lifting solution is manufactured using less material resulting in it being a more compact and lightweight option for you.
